Police visit to Little Treasures Day Nursery, Broomhall, Norton
This morning (Friday 13th February 2026) PC Dee Stanley & PCSO Nathan Emeny from the Kempsey & Alfrick Team attended Little Treasures Day Nursery, Broomhall, Norton speak with the Children about "People who help us".
We spoke with the Children about our role, uniform and the Children were excited to be shown a Police Car and to test out the lights and sirens.
These types of engagement with nursery-age children are a core part of neighbourhood policing, aimed at building trust from the earliest stage of development. Establishing a positive relationship early on helps ensure children do not fear the police and see them as friendly, approachable figures they can turn to if they are lost or need help. If you would like us to visit your group or establishment please get in touch by emailing the team: ka.snt@westmercia.police.uk or by replying to this message.
